Pete Stefani, founder and president of King’s Court Builders learned the home building business from the bottom up while working for another luxury home builder. Pete began by pushing a broom during his junior year in high school and spent the subsequent years learning from the trade contractors and homeowners. Shortly after graduating from Benedictine University he ventured out on his own and in 1986 he founded King’s Court Builders.
King’s Court is currently building in neighborhoods in Naperville, Plainfield and Elgin but also builds a substantial number of custom off-site homes. King’s Court has solidified its reputation as one of the premier custom and semi-custom home builders in the western suburbs. Their homeowners will tell you that while they build beautiful homes it is how they build and service their homes that make them stand out.
